Where the data comes from
Listings are submitted by owners or added by the Biz Tiendita team. Owners provide their own details, including employee range, languages and any ownership identity, which is always optional.
How we verify
- Registration is checked in the Colorado Secretary of State business database (entity ID, type and status).
- NAICS codes follow the 2022 North American Industry Classification System from the U.S. Census Bureau.
- Contact details are confirmed with the owner before a listing is marked Verified.
Limits and privacy
- This is not a census. It only covers businesses listed in the directory, so it is not a random sample of Colorado.
- Downloads contain public listing details only. Submitter contact information is never shared.
- Sample listings are fictional and are flagged in the data. Uncheck "Include sample listings" to remove them.
